This event included managing a multi-million dollar budget, on-site execution of a 3-day event, logistics, organization, print items, and execution. This also encompassed the coordination and registration of individual flights, hotel, transportation, reimbursements, and more for every attendee type: C-suite pharmaceutical executives, all event management staff and security, and over 400 doctors/medical professionals.
